Cyber Business Operations Lead - Pratt & Whitney (Remote)

Responsibilities

Act as the strategy and operations lead for the L4 organization owning executive-level planning and translating strategy into integrated roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans (investment planning, organizational planning, and transformation delivery) to achieve organizational objectives
Act as the primary Strategy & Transformation liaison for Pratt & Whitney’s CISO and Cyber Mission Support team, coordinating communications with Enterprise Services Cybersecurity to align priorities, decisions, and operational execution
Own the L4 operating rhythm, planning and running executive cadences (e.g., reviews, offsites, all hands) to enable timely decision making, clear accountability, and follow-through on actions
Manage the L4 portfolio and book of work, including intake, prioritization, dependency/risk tracking, and alignment of delivery to strategic outcomes
Develop, maintain, and drive performance targets and measures ensuring consistent rollout, visibility to progress, and escalation of risk/issues to leadership
Coordinate and prepare executive-ready content for cyber reviews ensuring accurate rollups, alignment across stakeholders, and clear communication of status, decisions, and next steps
Facilitate investment and budget performance tracking and reporting, enabling leadership decisions through forecasting and variance visibility
Drive adoption of common operating standards and ways of working across the cyber service area (governance, templates, decision authority), partnering with Strategy & Transformation Cyber Mission Execution, as required
Identify and execute operational improvements that increase efficiency and maturity across cyber service areas (process simplification, reducing cycle-time, and automation where appropriate)

Required

Bachelors degree in Business, STEM, or relevant experience with 10+ years of experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service, Project management or IT operational execution with at least 3 years in a leadership role
10+ years user experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Preferred

Chief of staff / executive operations experience driving executive priorities, communications, and cross functional execution
Cybersecurity / IT domain experience with enough fluency to credibly engage with business and technical leaders
Proven strategy-to-execution experience translating direction into roadmaps, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes in a dynamic, complex enterprise
Strong program/portfolio management skills managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making
Executive presence and influence – able to work directly with executive and senior leaders, drive alignment, and facilitate timely decisions
Exceptional written and verbal communication including concise executive-ready storytelling and content
Change leadership and continuous improvement mindset able to simplify processes, improve operating models, and drive adoption
Operational grit and follow-through able to push through obstacles and deliver outcomes on schedule
Working knowledge of delivery practices like Agile and RTX CORE Professional / Expert certification
Foster and amplify a healthy organizational culture by living our values and leveraging feedback loops (e.g., Pulse and leadership effectiveness surveys) to assess health, identify improvement opportunities, and drive action plans to address gaps
