Responsibilities

Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature

Receive, log, batch, and distribute work

File, photocopy, and answer phones

Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

Work under close supervision following established procedures

Account research

Assist in receiving/sorting mail per customer number and deadline time

Assist in prepping and slicing mail for Extraction Team

Assist in mail extraction

Assist in scanning documentation

Performing data entry

Attention to detail, follow policy/procedures

Work independently to meet customer SLA's while maintaining production and quality Standards

Ability to lift 10 lbs
