Responsibilities
Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire division in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy
Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System Principles
Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
Initiate active development through interactions with team members, mentors, Corporate and Plant sponsors
Demonstrate excellence in project planning, execution, and timing through project evaluation and use of available resources to expedite project completion
Participate in the multi-faceted orientation process
Demonstrate commitment in the plant safety process
Contribute and participate in practical, challenging and meaningful assignments
Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF Systems
Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree accounting/finance
Any experience through internships, part-time, or full-time positions
Must relocate as a requirement of the CTP Program
Strong attention to detail, with high degree of accuracy and precision
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated; able to meet deadlines with limited supervision
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens
Preferred
Other Graduate degree in related field
Any experience in union environment
Any experience in manufacturing environment- Initiate active development through interactions with team members, mentors, Corporate and Plant sponsors
