Responsibilities
Lead complex commercial litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and government investigations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on high-value domestic and international clients
Collaborate with a nationwide team of attorneys across multiple practice groups
Provide strategic advice on risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation strategy
Mentor and develop associates, contributing to the growth of the Nashville office
Qualification
Required
Extensive litigation experience, ideally with a track record of managing complex commercial disputes
Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to generate and grow client relationships
Recognised expertise in areas such as commercial, securities, intellectual property, white collar, or employment litigation
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with proven trial and arbitration experience
Active membership with the Tennessee bar (or ability to waive in)
