They are seeking a Property Operations Coordinator to coordinate projects with the Director of Property Operations and manage various administrative tasks related to construction contracts and service agreements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all upcoming projects with the Director of Property Operations and contractors

Administer construction contracts, service agreements, and bid letters

Compose correspondence, purchase requisitions and reports

Distribute mail, photocopies, faxes documents and maintains files

Synergy management and dispatching service calls to front of house and back of house mechanics

Required

Minimum one year of customer service experience

Minimum one year of experience in administrative role
