Responsibilities
Evaluate emerging technologies and generate new ideas for incorporating into cutting edge products
Design, build and test rapid prototypes for evaluation of new product ideas or technology concepts
Own engineering effort in one of the following disciplines: signal integrity, packaging or PCB design
Post-silicon system validation, ensuring system meet specifications and quality goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in EE with at least 10 years' experience in designing high speed Enterprise Data Center products
Technical understanding of leading technologies for SerDes, SI, PCB DFT/DFM design
EDA tools such as Allegro, HFSS, Hspice, PCI-SIG SeaSim and schematic capture
Hands on experience in developing power delivery networks (12V/48V)
Experience in leading post-silicon validation and ATE test development
Ability to communicate effectively across internal FW/SW/ASIC groups
Design and analysis of +100Gb serial links and compliance to standards
Experience with FPGA, PCIe, CXL or Ethernet 802.3 standards
Self-starter and highly motivated
Must be a team player to work with senior hardware and software architects
