Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Internship that provides university/college students with valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will gain real-world experience by taking on challenges similar to those of full-time professionals, and will have opportunities to develop management skills while working in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Learn what it takes to run a successful business
Acquire highly marketable skills in management
Take on the same challenges as first and second year full-time professionals
Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles
Take care of customers
Develop marketing strategies
Build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects
Engage in some friendly competition with peers

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer service experienceManagement experienceLeadership experienceTeam collaboration

Required

Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2026
Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship Friday, February 6th to Thursday, April 30th
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be at least 18 years old
