Cboe Global Markets is a leading provider of market infrastructure and tradable products, seeking a Cboe Labs Intern for Research and Product Development. The intern will assist in developing novel derivatives products, perform research and analysis, and lead a project to enhance product knowledge and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in development of novel derivatives products, from ideation to product launch

Perform extensive research and analysis using Cboe's expansive collection of data in order to drive decision making

Gain in-depth exposure and understanding of Cboe's current derivative offerings

Lead, design, and implement an independent project to develop product knowledge and project management skills. There will be an opportunity to present this project to Cboe leadership and Cboe Labs teammates

Required

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field and should not be scheduled to graduate before December of the internship year

Knowledge/interest in global financial markets, specifically derivatives

Innovative problem solver and fast learner

Proficiency in Python (both functional and object-oriented programming), SQL, and Microsoft Excel is required

Strong written/verbal communication skills
