Manager, Digital Media Strategy & Planning

iHeartMedia, the number one audio company in America, is seeking a Manager for their Digital Media Strategy & Planning team. In this role, you will shape innovative digital campaigns and serve as a strategic partner to the sales organization, leading RFP responses and driving creative ideation.

Responsibilities

Develop and revise standard and custom digital media plans that align with client objectives and iHeartMedia capabilities
Manage key accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional service and strategic solutions
Interpret and apply rate structures across iHeartMedia and agency guidelines to ensure accurate pricing
Support talent vetting processes for digital campaigns and integrated programs
Create and refine standard digital presentation decks that clearly communicate strategy and value
Contribute to digital pitch ideation and strategy development, bringing forward creative, insight-driven concepts
Collaborate on event-based and cross-platform proposals to deliver integrated solutions
Understand and navigate internal digital operational capabilities and limitations to ensure feasible plans
Review and interpret insertion orders (IOs) for accuracy and compliance
Maintain advanced knowledge of iHeartMedia’s standard digital product offerings and baseline understanding of custom solutions
Apply foundational knowledge of measurement tools and assets to align with client KPIs

Required

2-4 years of experience in digital media planning, integrated strategy, or a related field
A strong balance of strategic and creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and campaign ideation
Demonstrated interest in media and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to staying informed on industry trends
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to distill and present complex ideas clearly
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (or Google Slides/Sheets)
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset with professional maturity and the confidence to lead and influence
Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
Full proficiency and understanding of job function
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
In-depth knowledge of key business drivers and how this impacts your team
Experience in team and project management for mid-sized projects
Ability to recognize and mitigate risk
Confidence to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information
Growth mindset and desire for continued knowledge sharing and learning
Understanding of impact of your own decisions
Ability to identify new opportunities for continued improvement across business
