Account Manager - Business Development - ROOFING
Latite Roofing & Sheetmetal LLC is the largest roofer in Florida, providing roofing services for over 80 years. They are seeking an Account Manager to generate new business by developing relationships with clients and cultivating existing ones, while preparing and presenting professional proposals to close sales.

Responsibilities
Introduce Latite to prospective clients
Participate and represent Latite at designated industry specific networking groups both during work hours and periodically after hours
Regularly update the CRM with new prospects and sales activity
Review plans & specifications and submit RFIs
Prepare, present, and negotiate detailed, professional bids with clients
Conduct turn over meetings with production department
Follow-up with clients during all phases of the job
Qualification
Required
3+ years of business-to-business sales
Working knowledge of roofing systems (Single Ply, Modified, SA Systems, Tile, Shingle etc.) Knowledge of sloped roofing systems is a plus
Ability to initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers
Strong active listening skills
Excellent verbal / written communication skills
Superior time management and organization
Experience with a Customer Relations Management System
Valid driver's license with good driving record
