Responsibilities

Following set rules and procedures to routinely gather to make eligibility determinations and deliver direct services applicable to one of multiple eligibility areas and programs (e.g. food stamps, cash, medical assistance, workforce services, veteran’s loan eligibility etc.)
Applying guidelines to calculate benefits and, if determined eligible, issuing one-time or ongoing assistance
Referring applicants to other agencies or other public programs or community resources
Performing case management work
