Responsibilities
Direct, manage, supervise, and coordinate assigned activities and operations of the Sacramento County Airport System
Plan, develop, manage and administer various sections, and coordinate with other divisions, departments, outside agencies, and the general public
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of full-time paid experience in airport management at a commercial aviation facility involving airport operations; planning and development; finance and administration; and/or marketing and air service development. Experience must have been at the managerial or supervisory level within the commercial airport facility and have included policy planning; program development; budget preparation and administration; and/or contract administration
A valid California Driver License, Class C or higher, shall be required at the time of appointment
Incumbents in this class must acquire and maintain an airport security badge allowing unescorted access to restricted County airport locations in accordance with Transportation Security Regulations Title 49 CFR 1542
