Drive Innovation : You will champion a builder culture by experimenting with customers to find the best solutions for their problems, taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives, and collaborating across teams
Embrace Customer Obsession : Deeply understand our customers' needs and pain points to inform the development of products and features that truly enhance their financial lives
AI proficiency: Use AI to transform our capabilities and experiences. Ability to work with minimum guidance and thrive in a fast moving AI landscape
Design and develop high quality, highly scalable & high performance distributed applications
Roughly 50-60% hands-on coding
Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics
Passion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
10+ years experience developing distributed software applications
Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application
Experience with Generative AI, LLM operations, AI assistant, prompt engineering, embeddings, Machine Learning
Strong experience in Object Oriented Programming in Java or Python. Both preferred
Experience with any cloud vendors like AWS, GCP, Azure
"Self-starter" attitude and ability to make decisions independently
Helpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems
Strong desire to learn and grow
Excellent problem solving skills with a history of superb delivery
