Business Development Lead- US
nCircle Tech is a premier 2D/3D product development studio serving the AEC and Manufacturing industries. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead with a strong background in the construction/AEC industry to drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth in the US market.

Responsibilities

You’re an all-in person who isn’t scared to push, use creative outreach, and travel to client locations when needed
Experience working with contractors, software companies, and/or developers in the US, with an understanding of their world
Identify and qualify potential clients within construction (contractors, developers, architects, suppliers)
Sell Software Automation/Digitization and BIM Services aligned to client needs
Utilize CRM tools and market research to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
Initiate contact via calls, emails, and networking platforms
Collaborate with India-based Account Executives and Sales Managers to convert qualified leads. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and progress
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within BIM, AEC, or construction
Proven track record of revenue generation, closing high-value deals, and long-term relationship building
Strong networking capabilities with C-level executives and decision-makers
Excellent communication: presentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
Strategic thinking to identify opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
Familiarity with US construction market dynamics and key players
Strong communication and negotiation skills
