Provide high-quality virtual care through chat and video for diverse outpatient cases
Conduct triage, offer accurate clinical guidance, and coordinate labs/imaging/referrals
Use modern telehealth tools and maintain timely, clear documentation
Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to deliver seamless care
Adapt quickly and exercise strong clinical judgment in a tech-driven environment
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in Family or Internal Medicine
2+ years of telehealth experience
Must be able to work 2 weekends/month
Active US medical licensure covering ~35% of the adult US population
US-based medical education and clinical training
Strong communication skills for written and video patient interactions
