Responsibilities

Lead the Lab

Elevate Care

Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness (CAP, CLIA, and The Joint Commission)

Partner with nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team to optimize turnaround times and enhance stewardship of blood products

Drive Lean initiatives, expand outreach services, and elevate patient-centered laboratory service across the continuum of care

Required

Leadership experience in a clinical laboratory setting

Experience with laboratory technology such as total lab automation, advanced immunoassay and chemistry platforms, MALDI-TOF microbiology, digital workflows, and integrated LIS (e.g., Epic Beaker or Sunquest)

Ability to collaborate with medical directors and healthcare professionals to optimize laboratory services

Experience in driving Lean initiatives and enhancing patient-centered laboratory service
