Start in 2026 SpringBJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St. Louis area. The intern will support the Community Health Improvement Team, engaging in project-based work while gaining exposure to professional development and networking opportunities.

Qualification
Required
2027-2028 graduation date
Major in Public Health, Health Administration, or social work
Enrolled in a graduate program
Ability to navigate project requests using critical thinking skills
Effective communication with staff and project leaders
Initiative to identify additional work not assigned
Ability to excel in a team-based environment
Problem-solving using creativity and innovation
Preferred
Less than 2 years of experience
No supervisory experience
