Responsibilities
Assist in the management of the annual compensation planning process
Support the process of market benchmarking and market analysis for business/support functions to determine competitiveness both internally and externally
Work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Teams to benchmark new positions and develop competitive compensation recommendations
Assist in the development of total compensation ranges for roles by location
Participate in various compensation surveys
Support compensation due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
Leverage the full functionality of Compensation Management tools to market price a job, survey participation, report creation and data analytics dashboard development
Analyze compensation and headcount data, identify relevant market data and trends, and prepare reports to present findings and recommendations
Partner closely with HRIS Operations team to ensure data integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3 to 5 years of related experience
Must possess strong analytical skills, using both qualitative and quantitative data and comfortable analyzing large amounts of data
Must be proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions including formula-based functions such as conditional if statements, vlookups, data manipulation and pivot table
Attention to details and data accuracy
Strong ability to organize
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Office
Ability to communication (verbal/written) in a direct, concise and effective manner
Hybrid position based in NYC
