Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting and operations

Assist CEO in budgeting and variance reporting

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Oversight of cash management

Full responsibility for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international tax filings in collaboration with outside accounting firms

Manage billing processes, supporting internal stakeholders throughout the invoicing timeline

Build relationships with clients to facilitate timely invoice payments

Ongoing tracking and audit of billing rates

Serve as in-house expert on billing system (BQE Core)

Manage and track new contracts

Manage expense processing including corporate credit cards and travel reimbursements

Vendor selection and management

Coordinate with HR to support event planning and new employee onboarding

Office management

IT equipment procurement and tracking

Sales commissions and performance bonus tracking and calculations

Payroll processing

Insurance and contract compliance

Manage corporate travel and event logistics

Various special projects touching all business segments
