Responsibilities
Engage, qualify, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
Book high-quality discovery calls and improve show rates
Re-engage old leads and revive past opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility
Learn our Google Ads service, pricing, objections, and close process
Run and optimize audit and closing calls
Improve scripts, offers, and sales systems
Recruit, train, and manage appointment setters and closers
Build out the full sales team and KPIs
Take ownership of revenue performance and forecasting
Qualification
Required
Experience working with marketing agencies (highly preferred)
Proven ability to sell to business owners or decision-makers
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Coachable mindset with a desire to grow into leadership
Preferred
Google Ads agency experience is highly regarded
