They are seeking a Civil Technician to perform various tasks associated with civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards under the direction of a Foreman or Supervisor.

Responsibilities
Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, and backfilling operations
Install civil infrastructure such as drainage systems, conduit, fiber, cement platforms, and more
Assist in concrete work including formwork, pouring, and finishing. Route electrical conduits and raceways
Operate or support operators of machinery and equipment such as compactors, rollers, or excavators
Follow construction drawings, plans, and instructions from supervisors
Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Clean and maintain the worksite to ensure a safe and orderly environment
Qualification
Required
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Safety-conscious attitude and knowledge of site safety practices
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in civil or construction labor (1+ year preferred)
