8+ years of experience in Jira Administration/Architecture
3+ years hands-on experience with Jira Data Center deployment and management
Expertise in Linux server administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and shell scripting
Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle DB
Experience in migrating from Server to Data Center or Cloud environments
Proficient with Script Runner, REST APIs, and Groovy scripting for automation/customization
Experience with integrating Jira with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps
Proven experience in workflows, custom fields, permissions schemes, notification schemes
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills with ability to train and mentor technical and non-technical users
