Bessemer Trust is a family office overseeing more than $200 billion in assets, and they are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join their Alternative Investments group. The role involves supporting all facets of the Alternative Investments fund of funds business, interacting with various internal teams, and maintaining client communications and records.

Responsibilities

Function as point of contact for Client Advisors and investors for Alternative Investments fund-related inquiries

Fulfill requests and complete documentation related to Alternative Investments funds marketing, fundraising, subscriptions, capital calls, transfers, distributions, and fund redemptions – both investment manager and investor related

Support function of coordinating and distributing client communications pertaining to Alternative Investments investment summaries, fund performance and marketing materials, as well as other general mailings

Coordinate with underlying investment managers and internal Tax and Finance teams to facilitate and track the distribution of information to investors, such as K-1s and financial statements

Fulfill requests and complete documentation related to investments offered through our External Manager Solutions program

Monitor and maintain client records in accordance with compliance policies and procedure

Assist with ongoing work and any special projects related to Alternative Investments
