Responsibilities

Craft and implement strategic plans to discover and pursue new business opportunities
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, including insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other industry figures
Identify and engage key decision-makers in target firms and organizations
Conduct market analysis to identify new trends and growth opportunities
Develop engaging presentations that highlight the company's unique offerings and value
Lead negotiations and discussions to finalize business contracts and agreements
Work closely with internal teams to leverage the company's strengths and deliver outstanding solutions
Attend industry-related events and networking opportunities to increase the company’s visibility and identify prospects

Qualification

Required

Over five years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the forensic consulting industry
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline

Strong account management skills with demonstrated success in achieving growth
Proficient in problem-solving, organization, and analytical tasks
Experience with CRM systems
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
