Inside Account Representative
Prime Vision is a cutting-edge robotics and AI company that has transformed the logistics market. They are seeking a dynamic Inside Account Representative to support their rapid expansion across North America by establishing new relationships and driving customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities that enables you to exceed assigned sales targets
Design and execute a consultative business development strategy and manage the full partnership lifecycle, including lead identification, lead generation, customer acquisition, and potential account management activities
Conduct warm and cold outreach to prospective companies
Manage inbound opportunities by establishing communication and sales cadences appropriate for building meaningful relationships
Build expertise in robotics and vision software solutions; identify competitive companies; and leverage this knowledge to clearly communicate company differentiators and competitive advantages
Work closely with our Corporate Marketing team to identify, execute, and support activities and campaigns that help achieve business goals
Work closely with our VP of Business Development to align with the North American strategic plan and assist in building the pipeline
Demonstrate key elements of our technology suite to prospective partners through online presentations as well as face-to-face meetings
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience as a top performer selling to B2B organizations in a high-growth environment, preferably in software, robotics, and/or AI solutions
Experience building and managing partnerships with organizations across a wide variety of industry verticals
Strong “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of success in business development or sales
Demonstrated knowledge of technology and software, or robotics and other disruptive technologies
Expertise in developing business cases and customizing presentations to fit targeted partnerships or industries
Flexibility to travel as required for customer acquisition opportunities
Professional demeanor and the ability to thrive as a self-starter; previous experience operating in a start-up environment is a plus
While this position is designated as hybrid, in alignment with company policy there is an expectation that the employee will work from our headquarters office in Arlington, VA at least three (3) days per week

Working understanding of CRM software and diligence in data capture
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Relational, creative critical thinker with a solution-first, owner mentality
Highly resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
Bachelor's degree required
