Responsibilities
Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients in our clinical research studies
Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, vitals, ECGs, documentation, blood draws, progress notes, and data collection
Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision
Capture data from patient questionnaires and enter it into multiple online systems with attention to accuracy

Qualification
Required
Entry-level position
Healthcare background
Enthusiasm for clinical research
Ability to deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients
Ability to guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, vitals, ECGs, documentation, blood draws, progress notes, and data collection
Ability to process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing own work for quality and precision
Ability to capture data from patient questionnaires and enter it into multiple online systems with attention to accuracy
