Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, and executing events and trade shows to support the company’s marketing strategies and sales goals
Coordinate event logistics
Liaise with vendors
Create impactful marketing strategies to promote events
Ensure event success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event outcomes and ensure alignment with company objectives

Required

Proven expertise in Event Marketing and Event Planning, with the ability to execute strategic and impactful marketing campaigns
Experience in coordinating and participating in Trade Shows and other industry-related events
Strong Event Management skills, including organization, logistics coordination, and vendor management
Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to align event strategies with sales objectives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare or technology industry is a plus
