Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, or settlement
Serve as strategic counsel for clients across a broad array of industries and jurisdictions
Develop and execute litigation strategies that align with client objectives, balancing aggressive advocacy with efficient resolution
Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s vast platform to service client needs across practices and geographies
Mentor and supervise associates and other team members to foster talent development
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
Extensive litigation experience, with a strong trial background and a successful track record in handling complex disputes
Portable book of business
Proven ability to manage litigation portfolios and coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
