Community Programs Assistant

Monitor participants' activities, enforce safety regulations, and respond swiftly to emergency situations
Ensure all program activities adhere to YMCA of San Francisco’s child safety protocols and best practices
Maintain accurate program records, including attendance logs, emergency information, and policy documentation
Follow guidelines outlined in the YMCA of San Francisco Child Care Staff Manual
Ensure all youth programs comply with safety and security requirements
Foster respectful and professional communication with staff, participants, parents, and volunteers
Incorporate input from parents, participants, and staff when planning activities
Attend required staff meetings and training sessions
