Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, offering support and guidance throughout their move
Educate clients on benefit policies, expenses, timelines, and available resources, ensuring a smooth and seamless relocation experience
Coordinate with mobility suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective services
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues, embodying our company's values at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
