This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in event operations, coordination, or management, while learning the day-to-day responsibilities of successful event execution.

Responsibilities

Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth and successful execution

Manage event registration and attendee check-in, including distributing materials

Engage with attendees to provide information and deliver a positive guest experience

Assist vendors, staff, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials

Monitor event-day logistics and help resolve issues as they arise

Support event setup and breakdown of materials, signage, and equipment

Assist with post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and communications
