Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms
Provide clear information about lawn care programs, tree care services, fertilization, aeration, and seasonal treatments
Educate clients on service recommendations, treatment timelines, and expected results
Communicate service outcomes and technician notes following visits
Handle client concerns and service issues with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Schedule new services, recurring programs, inspections, and service calls
Coordinate with field technicians to ensure accurate routing, timing, and service completion
Monitor daily schedules and adjust appointments as needed due to weather, staffing, or client needs
Enter estimates and pricing for lawn and tree care programs
Support sales and operations teams with accurate data entry and follow-up
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using scheduling systems, CRM software, and data entry tools
Preferred
Prior customer service or scheduling experience
Green industry experience a plus, but not required
