Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications

Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable modern C++ code

Implement efficient algorithms and data structures with a focus on performance and reliability

Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance

Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, QA, and systems engineering

Ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards

Required

8+ years of hands-on C++ development experience

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively in a team

Preferred

Experience with industrial or communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus)

Background in industrial automation, aerospace, defense, or medical devices

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
