Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Enable smooth order flow: Manage the entire quoting process from RFQ to order, ensuring timely and accurate support for outdoor sales and internal coordination
Be the first point of contact: Receive customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and request cost estimates from relevant departments to keep projects moving
Secure competitive deals: Support account managers in pricing negotiations and lead negotiations for your own assigned accounts to maximize profitability
Ensure contract accuracy: Enter new contract requests, review details in alignment with account managers, and coordinate with the Contract Management team for compliance
Accelerate product adoption: Lead the sampling quoting and ordering process from RFQ through to purchase order entry, ensuring customers receive what they need quickly

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach
