Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring) for retail partnerships initiatives
Develop project plans, critical paths, risk assessments, budgets and resource allocations
Support cross-functional coordination with several stakeholders on specific business initiatives
Create feedback processes to analyze efficiency
Create dashboards, performance reports, and timeline trackers using project management tools
Track KPIs, ROI, operational impact, and deliver insights for continuous improvement
Track and analyze competition local initiatives
Design and animate monthly calls to showcase findings
Prepare seasonal market meetings and other key commercial presentations throughout the year
Provide retailers with all necessary trade marketing tools
Assist teams in adapting materials received from HQ
Ensure a specific business and operational follow-up for flagships and focus doors
Animate cross functional workshops, feedback sessions, and operational training across North America
Foster collaboration between HQ, regions and external partners
Drive adoption and change management through communication plans, training materials, and team support
With the support of leadership, facilitate strong engagement and alignment between internal teams (seminar planification)

Required

You are graduated from a Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
You already professional experience in relevant positions working, with ideally an exposure and previous experience in the luxury industry
You have strong communication/interaction and project management skills
You have a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
You have convincing interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with groups of people on a project
You are proactive, flexible, innovative and passionate
You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience with Power BI, Macro & SAP knowledge is a plus
