Responsibilities

Set vision and lead a global team in capital risk policy
Deep knowledge of Basel and related regulations; ensure firm-wide compliance
Independently assess, measure, and monitor capital risk to maintain capital adequacy
Draft, review, and implement capital risk standards globally
Oversee ongoing monitoring and evolution of Basel and regulatory guidance
Conduct deep dives into complex capital rule applications impacting RWA
Coordinate across jurisdictions to harmonize capital frameworks
Engage senior management, regulators, auditors, and business partners
Apply advanced analytics and risk models; strong understanding of capital markets
Lead large-scale projects and regulatory initiatives
Utilize risk systems and analytics; stay current with emerging technologies
Make sound judgments and resolve complex issues under pressure
Maintain high ethical standards and risk culture

Required
