Responsibilities
Sales Team Leader managing all aspects of the business for assigned customers
Manage existing business to continually grow market share
Identify new opportunities within the customer base and capitalize on these opportunities
Run the business with an entrepreneurial mindset to expand revenue and profitability
Establish and exceed yearly customer sales & margin budgets
Strong Price negotiation skills with key customers in coordination with Segment Leader
Reporting of competitor activity, territory forecast, month end reports
Coordination of superior customer service with respective inside sales partner
Resolve customer complaints with collaboration of manufacturing and QC
Suggest new product innovation to successfully grow your business
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree with minimum of 5 years sales experience
Customer Service Orientation
Market and product knowledge
Strong Negotiation Skills
Intermediate to advance competency in Microsoft suite (Office 365, Dynamics, Power BI)
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Ability to travel up to 50 - 75%
Preferred
Experience with distribution and wholesale preferred
