ServiceNow Configuration Analyst
U.S. Bank is on a journey to support customers and communities in making smarter financial decisions. The ServiceNow Configuration Analyst will be responsible for configuring and maintaining ServiceNow modules to enhance HR processes and ensure optimal user experience.

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Knowledge Management, Case Management (Employee Relations), and Virtual Agent/Chat
Focus on system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality and user experience for HR processes
Configure and update ServiceNow HRSD modules using out-of-the-box functionality, modify forms, fields, lists, and workflows to meet evolving HR requirements
Maintain and update virtual assistant topics and categories for HR services
Create and manage HR knowledge articles, templates and publishing workflows
Support HR case lifecycle processes
Ensure configurations adhere to organizational standards and security protocols
Document configuration changes and maintain conversion control
Partner with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions
Provide Tier 2 support for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Two to four years of experience in ServiceNow configuration or administration
Familiarity with HR Service Delivery modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent)
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification
Experience with HRSD-specific configurations and employee relations case management
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Basic understanding of workflows, UI policies, and data policies in ServiceNow
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Exposure to Agile methodology and ticketing systems
Workday knowledge a plus
