The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for marketing new and renewal business, preparing benefit proposals, and managing client enrollment processes.

Marketing new and renewal business
Preparing analysis of alternative benefit proposals
Processing enrollment paperwork
Participating in client meetings
Leading annual enrollment meetings for clients
Maintaining insured info in our agency management system (BenefitPoint)

Qualification

Required

At least 3 years employee benefit administration experience at a broker or carrier, including self-funded groups
Must currently possess or be willing to obtain within 60 days a Life & Health Insurance License
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
High school or equivalent education
2-5 years of relevant experience
