They are seeking a Director of Jewelry Innovation to lead their jewelry innovation strategy, overseeing the development of new product concepts, materials, technologies, and design approaches to enhance brand differentiation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead the jewelry innovation roadmap, identifying new product opportunities, technologies, and materials
Oversee concept development, prototyping, and commercialization of innovative jewelry collections
Partner with design and merchandising teams to translate trends, customer insights, and brand strategy into differentiated products
Explore emerging technologies such as sustainable materials, smart manufacturing, personalization tools, and digital design solutions
Drive innovation in craftsmanship, sourcing, and production processes
Collaborate with supply chain and sustainability teams to support ethical sourcing and responsible innovation
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive products to guide innovation strategy
Build cross-functional alignment to accelerate innovation cycles and time-to-market
Manage innovation KPIs including new product performance, development timelines, and portfolio impact
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer insights, and product performance
Proven experience in product innovation, jewelry design leadership, or new product development
Demonstrated ability to build and execute innovation strategies from concept to launch
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience managing creative, technical, and development teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Solid project management and organizational capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field required
