Market and company research across B2B SaaS and technology-enabled sectors
Financial analysis, modeling, and valuation support
Investment memo preparation and due diligence coordination
Support on deal execution and transaction processes
Portfolio company analysis and ad-hoc strategic projects
Interaction with founders, management teams, and external advisors
Qualification
Required
Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, consulting, or corporate development
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, intellectually curious, and commercially minded
Preferred
Exposure to B2B SaaS, software, or technology-enabled business models
