Perform complex patient lifts and transfers
Turn patients every two (2) hours that have been identified as being at risk for skin breakdown
Restock crash carts monthly and emergently following use in a code
Fill stat supply orders and many other duties pertinent to clinical operations
Provide staff, patients, and family education regarding transfer techniques to be utilized in the post-patient hospital setting
Qualification
Required
Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation
Successful completion of Lift Team Training Program (Through RCH) within 30 days of hire
CPR certification
MAB certificate required within six months of hire
Preferred
High school graduation or equivalent
Six months' experience in direct patient care
CNA or EMT certificate
