They are seeking a Launch & Operations Coordinator to ensure that launches and product operations run smoothly and efficiently, acting as a critical safety net for the team.

Responsibilities
Launch Air Traffic Control: You will own the checklists. You ensure every task has an owner, a deadline, and a status update
Asset Management: Coordinate copy, creative, and links between the visionary team and the technical team
Community Comms: Draft, format, and schedule high-stakes messages (WhatsApp & Email). You know how to write like a human, not a bot
Obsessive QA: You test every link, tag, and automation flow before the public sees it. If a link is broken, you catch it before the customer does
Weekly Reporting: You track the numbers that matter and send a clear "State of the Union" update every Friday
Qualification
Required
You love Checklists: You don't rely on memory. You build systems
You are Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable moving between Google Drive, Notion/Asana, and CRMs. You figure out new tools quickly
You are a Writer: You have strong written English. You can take a rough voice note and turn it into a polished customer email
You are Proactive: You flag problems before they become emergencies
Must be comfortable with Core: Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs), WhatsApp, Project Management Tools
Must overlap 3-4 hours with US/Europe time zones
