Procurement Lead
Henley Design is a full-service residential interior design firm based in Salem, Massachusetts, specializing in creating personalized spaces. The Procurement Lead will support interior designers by managing vendor communications, purchase orders, and project timelines while maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support for our team across all full-service design projects
Gathering vendor quotes and generating purchase orders, proposals, and invoices in Studio Designer
Managing ongoing purchase orders, generating project expediting reports, and coordinating with vendors, freight companies, designers, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders in order to maintain project timelines
Assisting with general office administration and organizational tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree +
Experience working for an interior design/ architecture firm, vendor showroom, or high-end company selling to the interior design trade
Expertise in Studio Designer, proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace
