Responding to inbound phone and internet inquiries
Initiate outbound phone follow up to aid in the vehicle search process
Having knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers
Answer guest questions about cars, financing and purchase process
Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles

High school diploma or equivalent
State driver's license with satisfactory DMV driving record
