Intern I - Packaging Engineering

The Intern I - Packaging Engineering role involves creating and maintaining documentation for packaging components, learning about packaging design regulations, and updating specifications using CAD tools.

Responsibilities
You will help create, organize, and maintain a master file repository for a product platform for multiple packaging component documentation
You will learn how to do packaging print proofs and waste minimization matrices based on EU regulation
You will learn to update packaging material specifications and drawings using CAD tools for minor design changes
You will learn the change control process to release documents in a regulated industry
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent
Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Adobe
You enjoy data management, file organization, and are detailed oriented
You are interested in learning about medical device packaging design, regulations and documentation
You are interested in learning Packaging CAD tools e.g. Artios, CAPE
