Responsibilities
Partner with engineering, EHS, logistics, and Operations teams to align on a multi-year roadmap for physical automation and server serviceability across the global fleet
Ensure operational excellence for incoming platforms and physical automation
Partner with leadership to define the long-term goal and roadmap for physical automation and server serviceability within the global data center environment. Drive technical in-depth search to resolve hardware design blockers affecting automation deployment
Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring alignment between engineering and operations stakeholders
Deliver executive communications and business reviews for VP-level audiences to provide visibility into automation solutions and infrastructure roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management in an engineering function, product area or team
Experience in leading operations and strategy
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
