Responsibilities
Produce precise, high-quality Revit models with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Create professional construction documentation sets including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details that meet exacting standards
Maintain clean, well-organized model structure with proper families, parameters, and view organization
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP information within Revit models
Implement redline markups and design revisions efficiently while maintaining model integrity
Follow project-specific standards and templates provided
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions to understand design intent
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional Revit experience (architecture/residential focus strongly preferred)
Fluent English communication - must be comfortable with written communication and video calls for collaborative work
Working knowledge of US residential design standards: IRC (International Residential Code) familiarity
US lumber framing conventions (2x4, 2x6 wood framing)
Standard US dimensions and units (feet/inches)
Typical US residential construction details and assemblies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality work
Reliable internet connection and availability for 3-4 hours overlap with US Pacific Time (PST) business hours
Preferred
Portfolio demonstrating residential projects with US construction standards
Experience with Revit families creation and customization
Familiarity with construction takeoffs and quantity extraction
Previous remote collaboration with US-based architects/designers
Interest in custom/high-end residential architecture
