Proficient in communication, client coordination, and vendor negotiation
Proficiency with project management and estimating software
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
Problem-solving skills and capability to work under deadlines
Self Motivated
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred but not necessary
Experience in masonry project planning, cost control, and hands-on property maintenance is a plus
