The Strategic Sr Financial Analyst will support global HR, Finance, and Legal functions by providing financial planning, analysis, and decision support, focusing on developing financial projections and analyzing profit and loss impacts.

Responsibilities

Support FP&A activities for assigned functions, acting as a key resource for financial insights
Assist in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
Analyze variances and trends across labor and non-labor spend, including consulting, travel, and capital expenditures
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards for leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities
Maintain accuracy in Workday and budget templates, ensuring alignment with corporate finance targets
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&A
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to assess risks and opportunities

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 -8 years of related experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred

Experience with Workday, SAP/Oracle Financials, Hyperion, or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred
